“It has been a month since Chris developed a customized training and nutrition plan for me.  I have already seen some significant results.  The plan is very comprehensive and easy to follow.  It also includes a shopping list which makes it very simple to prepare for the meals as well as snacks in advance.  The plan also includes a feature where you can swap foods if you don’t like a particular item.  The schedule helps you stay on track and maintain your energy level and not be hungry.  The food selections and combinations are very good.  There are also recipes which make it even easier to prepare a health meal.  I am looking forward to the end results!”
